NEET UG 2025 Answer Key Released: Here’s How to Challenge the Answer Key and OMR Sheet

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the provisional answer key, OMR response sheets, and question papers for the NEET UG 2025 examination, held on May 4, 2025. This is a crucial opportunity for aspirants to cross-check their responses and raise objections, if any.

The window for challenging the answer key and recorded responses is open until June 5, 2025.

How to Challenge the NEET UG 2025 Answer Key & OMR Sheet

If you believe there are discrepancies in your recorded responses or the answer key, follow the steps below:

Visit the Official Website
- Go to https://neet.nta.nic.in
Login
- Use your Application Number and Date of Birth to access your dashboard.
Review Your Materials
- Download the provisional answer key, your scanned OMR sheet, and the question paper.
Select the Questions to Challenge
- Carefully identify the question(s) you wish to challenge.
- Click on “Challenge Answer Key” and select the appropriate option.
Provide Justification
- For each challenge, provide valid academic reasoning with references to authoritative sources such as NCERT textbooks.
Pay the Challenge Fee
- A non-refundable fee of ₹200 per question must be paid online.
Submit Your Challenges
- Finalize your challenges before the deadline: June 5, 2025 (11:50 PM IST).

Important Reminders

No challenges will be accepted after the deadline.
Only online submissions through the NTA portal will be considered.
The final answer key will be published after evaluating all challenges, and no further objections will be entertained.
The NEET UG 2025 result will be declared based on this final answer key.
